exchange or store credit within 7 days with a receipt
and original tags on. no refunds. all beauty, apothecary, and sale items are FINAL.
shipped items:  please return within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

all sale items are final.

all special orders & custom orders are final.

orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

packages will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase with the exception of saturday - monday. for local customers we also offer in store pickup.

once a package leaves havens and has been handed over to the carrier, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. havens is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, stolen or damaged while in transit. PLEASE USE THE INSURANCE OPTION.
