exchange or store credit within 7 days with a receipt 
and original tags on. no refunds. all beauty, apothecary, and sale items are final.
shipped items:  please return within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

all sale items are final.

packages will be shipped 1-2 business days of purchase with the exception of monday.
for local customers we also offer instore pickup.

south carolina residents will pay 9.5% sales tax and
all shipments will go out UPS with insurance. once an order has been given to ups or other carrier service it becomes that carrier’s responsibility and havens is no longer responsible.
