RETURNS & SHIPPING

exchange or store credit within 7 days with a receipt
and original tags on. no refunds. all beauty, apothecary, and sale items are final.
shipped items:  please return within 7 days of delivery confirmation.

all sale items are final.

all special orders & custom orders are final.

orders cannot be canceled once they are placed.

packages will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase with the exception of saturday - monday. for local customers we also offer in store pickup.

all shipments will go out UPS once an order has been given to ups or other carrier service it becomes that carrier’s responsibility and havens is no longer responsible.
